Credit Score Requirements

The minimum credit score required to qualify is 620. Each borrower has three credit scores. Two out of the three credit scores must be 620 or higher. If two out of your three credit scores are 620 or higher then it is likely that we can provide you with a loan, assuming other factors, such as income, amount of your existing monthly debt, property condition, etc...

If we are not able to provide a loan to you for some reason, we will explain that reason to you and will make suggestions to you about how you may resolve the issue so that we can provide a loan to you once you have resolved the issue.
